Saw this on Russell Howard's Good News Series 4 Episode 2 but there's a better video below



Skip to 3:18 to see the segment, apparently the only seventh Dan woman in jiu jitsu (contested) but teaches Spirit Combat which is self defence oriented. Think they may be humouring her a bit but still impressive at 77.
